Delivery
Items in stock are dispatched immediately your
transaction is credited to our account. Any products that are out
of stock will be ordered immediately from the supplier and delivery
is normally expected within 7-10 working days. In this event we will
email you with the expected delivery time and no charge will be made
until firm delivery can be promised. We can also advise you on alternative
products which may result in a quicker delivery. All orders shipped
within the UK incur no additional delivery charges. Orders for shipment
to non-mainland addresses may incur delivery charges which will be
advised prior to any charges being made to your account.
International customers' shipping rates will be calculated on order
placement and advised as soon as possible. No charges will be made
for any orders placed until delivery and availability of goods are
confirmed.

We will make every effort to minimise shipping
charges where possible , however carriage charges will allways include
replacement insurance. Please email

VAT is deducted for orders shipped outside the EEC. Please note
that on all international orders sole responsibility for the settlement
of all duties, taxation and other import levies.
Payments
All prices are expressed in Pounds Sterling. Through our secure
online ordering system we accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, JCB,
Maestro, Solo, American Express & Electron.
If you prefer you can pay by bank credit to our account, details
of which we will be pleased to advise on request, or by cheque by
simply printing out the order information page and enclosing the
completed form with a cheque made payable to Audio Atmosphere sent

Once credit cards and cheques have been cleared orders will be dispatched
immediately. All International orders must be made by credit card.
Your credit card company will work out the relevant exchange rate
and your monthly statement will show the actual amount charged in
your currency.

SSL technology, therefore any information you give us can only be
accessed by us, via secure servers.
We only collect information from customers in order to fulfill orders,
we may from time to time contact you by email to inform you of special
offers/promotions we are running.
We never pass on information about our customers to any third party
without your consent.
Returns
We comply with all manufacturers' warranties. If for any reason
you have a problem or have received faulty or incorrectly dispatched
goods, please contact us directly for instructions.
