We simply don't do anything else.
When you provide your details, the information is encrypted and sent to
a secure server owned and maintained by Vital
Online, a highly respected British company whose reputation rests
on providing first-class commercial services to a wide range of organisations.
We then contact you to to confirm you order, and nothing is charged to
your card until we have recieved your confirmation.
Your card is not automatically charged, and at no time can anyone access
your details.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
CHARGES
For those in the UK, delivery is free of charge and we aim to get your
order to you within 48 hours.
For customers outside the UK, we find the best possible shipping deal
at the time and confirm this with you via e-mail.
When you place your order, a provisional £10 sterling is added to
cover shipping. We then check out the best possible charge according to
the weight and distance of your order, and let you know by e-mail.
This could be more - or less - than £10 sterling, but nothing is
charged to your card until you reply with your approval. You can of course
cancel your order at this stage if you are unhappy with the shipping charges.

We do our very best to provide the kind of service you deserve, but in
the unlikely event of something going wrong, simply contact us and we'll
do everything possible to put it right. High-end audio components are
hardly mass-market items, and our business rests on developing excellent
customer relations with discerning audiophiles.
